SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and all items are subject to availability. Most orders ship the next day, but please allow 2 - 3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.

All our products are shipped via Poste Italiane

REGISTERED PARCEL with delivery receipt and traced route.

All the orders in Italy and Europe are expected to be delivered in no more than 10 working days. If you are a US customer your order could take some extra shipping time.

Please remember to check that the shipping address you provide during the checkout process is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Your shipping address cannot be changed in any way once your order has been processed and sent to our warehouse. We will will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, unless that order is classified as "undeliverable" and returned to us (see Undeliverable Packages below). AGAINST will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate.

Also remember all order status communication is done via email with our customer service, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail confirmation at the address provided during the payment process.
