RETURNS and PAYMENT

Against items may be returned within seven days from when you originally received your order.
Returns and exchanges are accepted ONLY on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, DAMAGED OR WASHED, with ALL tags and labels attached, NO EXCEPTIONS. Against will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dryed in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer.

Recession right must be exercised through written notice and customers must keep the delivery advice of the registered letter sent in order to communicate this right. Afterwards, if your request is accepted since considered justified, you will receive an email from our customer service with the confirmation number of your returns/exchange request.

In order to improve our service and your satisfaction please take a careful and accurate look at our size specs and take care you are sure with your order before you checkout. Check the color, size, and quantity of each item in your cart to ensure your order is exaclty the way you want it. SHIPPING COSTS ON ANY NON-DAMAGED OR NON-FLAWED RETURNS ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER . Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded. The only exceptions are in the rare cases where an incorrect item is sent.

All sales on any items discounted, at special price or listed in our "Clearance" section are final. CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED! NO EXCEPTIONS! Once your package has been received and verified, your refund will be processed in the same way it was received within 3-5 business days. Please note that your banking institute may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Against.

Please note that If you buy large amounts of products only to return most of them, a restocking fee could be applied. In this case, we will warn you in writing that we reserve the right to impose a restocking fee on your next large return. Also, if you purchase 2 different sizes of the same item, only to return the one that did not fit, a restocking will most likely occur. Whether or not a restocking fee is applied is up to our discretion and may be waived depending on individual circumstances.
